Late Night with Conan O'Brien.
Regis and Kelly
The Tony Danza Show
The Today Show
The Daily Show with John Stuart
(I'm sure there are more)
To find tickets watch the closing credits. Shows that have a studio audience have numbers listed at the end for you to call. Tickets should always be free but there is often a waiting list of up to 2-3 months.

Shows Taped In New York

The website below has a lot of good info how to get tickets for shows taped in NYC, although it appears the info for SNL is outdated (I've heard the "lottery in August only" no longer exists, and they only offer standby tickets for each of the 2 Saturday tapings.)
Also, if you can't seem to get tickets anywhere or your schedule doesn't allow for any tapings, don't waste your money on the Rockefeller Center studio tour. When I went 3 years ago, they showed us the Dateline set, where they proudly showed parts of the set that are duct taped together, the set of the John Walsh show (WTF???) and the SNL studio, which is small and disappointing, and they won't even take you there if it is a week they they have scheduled for a show.
