NYC to Milford Delaware.. Help!?

Hello All! Could someone tell me what the easiest and fastest way to get to Milford Delaware is from NYC. I have to get to see my family asap. If I have to make transfers or anything please advise, but otherwise a direct route would be great.

I-95 South, then I-295 South through Jersey, back to I-95 South at DE Memorial Bridge, then Route 1 South by the Christiana Mall, then...well, about an hour later you are in Milford.



That's the fastest way, but if you want to stick on 95 instead of taking 295, you won't lose too much time unless you hit rush hour around Philly.

Take an Acela from NY Penn to Wilmington De. Rent a car at the train station when you arrive (Hertz). When you pull out of Hertz's parking lot, follow the signs to Rt. 13 South. Follow Rt. 13 South for about 80 minutes to Milford.



Alternatively, when pulling out of Hertz parking lot, follow signs to I-95 South, Follow I-95 South to exit 4 for Delaware Rt. 1 South for about 45 minutes and take exit 95 and follow signs to Rt. 13 South toward Milford. Takes about 15 minutes to get to Milford.

If you're taking the train. Take Amtrak's Northeast Regional Service from Penn Station New York to Wilmington. Once there you can take bus to your final destination in Milford.

i don't be taught about your particular section, yet have you ever appeared at Bushkill Falls? they have parking, snacks, restrooms, and your decision of a number of trails. will be an option for you.
